We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. First, read through our Returns Policy, then get the ball rollin' on your online return.

Return/ Exchange Terms & Conditions:

We value customer's satisfaction, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you have 30 days from the purchase date to make return for FREE (exception may apply depending on the refund method). As part of our return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

A. Defective or Incorrect Items Return or Exchange: OnlyUrs.com will only be responsible for the defective or incorrect items return or exchange unconditionally, such as incorrect, defective, damage or large stain. Once your returns are received and inspected by the our after-sale dept. (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to OnlyUrs.com Credit Account or original method of payment within 3 days, or your reshipment will be processed within 3 days.

B. Sizes or Colors Exchange: Please kindly note that it is the customer's responsibility to carefully read the size and color information of the items on our website, and decide whether the item will fit. If detailed sizes and colors of an item are displayed on our website, OnlyUrs.com will only provide a replacement item instead of a refund and customers are required to bear return shipping costs and reshipment shipping cost. Please kindly note that OnlyUrs.com will not be responsible if items are lost during return shipping.

C. Unwanted or Unopened Items Return or Exchange: Unwanted or unopened items returned to OnlyUrs.com must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Customers are required to bear return shipping costs for the unwanted or unopened returns, but OnlyUrs.com will bear the shipping costs for the exchange items. Please select the safe way to return the items, OnlyUrs.com will not be responsible if items are lost during return shipping. As the request on the unwanted or unopened items return, please kindly note that OnlyUrs.com only refund for the order items, not including the shipping cost. Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be processed and automatically applied to OnlyUrs.com Credit Account or original method of payment within 3 days, once your returns are received and confirmed to be in mint condition by OnlyUrs.com.

D. Intimates, swim, lingerieare are the personal effects, returns or exchanges are unacceptable.


E. In cases where we believe that the defects on the returned items are caused deliberately, we have right to refuse to provide a refund for those items. Please note that we inspect our items before shipping out, and make sure our items will not have defects or stains.


F. All returns must be sent back to OnlyUrs.com China office after requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.


G. All returns must be sent back in original condition with the invoice, accessories, labels and gifts, unworn, unused and unwashed. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.


H. If you used OnlyUrs.com coupon or OnlyUrs.com credit to pay your original order, it will be returned to your OnlyUrs.com Account within 3 days of receipt of your return. But the used coupon or credit will not be returned if you reject the unwanted or unopened order.


I. OnlyUrs.com reserves the right to change our Return & Exchange Policy and/or reject any return or exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Clothing. net's decision will be final.


How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

You may return the item unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Please note: We do not cover shipping and handling costs for returns.

Step 1

My Account, click on your > Order History, check right order number click > View and click > Return to product you wish to return

Or You may email to request for return at contact(at)onlyurs.com; Please marks the email subject as "Returns/ Exchanges of Order ID *****" and let us know if you'd like to return (be sure to mention your Order number in Subject Mail) and Item Code for exchange (indicate your new different size/color/pattern).

Step 2

Once our customer representive receive your return/ exchange email, an email notification with a Return Merchandise Authorization- RMA will be sent to you, please take a note for the RMA and send back to our China office address with your returns. Unauthorized returns, Unspecified RMA returns or incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. 

Step 3

Send it off. Return your package via any reliable courier of your choice. Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey at the same time please email us the tracking number and courier name to return email.

We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice which is shipped along with the products failing which return/ exchange / refund may not be possible

Will You Be Responsible For The Return Shipping Cost?

OnlyUrs.com will only be responsible for return shipping costs of the defective items and the reshipment of replacement. Please refer to the Return/ Exchange Terms & Conditions as above. And we will only be responsible for the defective items which are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail, freight collect is unacceptable. Return shipping costs will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within 3 days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail. OnlyUrs.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that customers send your return via reliable shipping method to ensure that it reaches us safely.


REFUND POLICY:

We offer full 100% refund if you’ve already PAID, excluding shipping fees.

Any refund will be process through the original payment method you made at the time placing the order. Please allow 7-10working days to credit the amount to your credit cart/bank account, as each bank's processing time varies.

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

We couldn’t fulfil your orders due to item suddenly become Out Of Stock; Stock constraints, LOST, etc, certain items are Hot Sales and very dynamic due to high demands.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

· In case of minor design(measurements/stitching) and colour variations(photography, lightings, displays) and there will always be some variation between products.

·  Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

·  Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

·  After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

·  Package refused by recipient.

·  Products returned in a used or damaged condition.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange, Refund or Store Credit:

• Items marked as final sale.

• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

• Returns received in damaged/worn condition.

• Returns received after 30 days of the original order receiving date.

• Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.


CANCELLATION:

While we strive to make cancellations easier for you, we regret to inform that we cannot accept cancellations of all orders.

Orders that are shipped from our warehouse or from our suppliers cannot be cancelled.

Orders placed during discount sale, clearance sale or using discount code and other promo codes will not be eligible for cancellation.

However,  for any reason order wrongly placed or you want to modify, please contact our customer service or email Contact(at)OnlyUrs.com immediately within 24hrs of placing your order. We will NOT be responsible for any orders wrongly placed by you and this will incur extra charges to customers for any exchange/returns stated as per our existing return policy.
