Simple Purchasing Steps:

The process is quick and easy!

  1. Register as a OnlyUrs member for free.
  2. Sign in to use the Shopping Cart;
  3. Add your selected items to the Shopping Bag. Please make sure the quantity of each item is correct. If you change the quantity of any items, please remember to click the “Update” button and allow the page to refresh;
  4. When you're ready to check out, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button;
  5. Sign in to your account if you have not done so;
  6. Enter your shipping address and remember to fill in all required fields that are marked with a “*”;
  7. Enter your payment information;
  8. Review your order to make sure the information is correct. Click the “edit” button where appropriate to edit your order;
  9. When you're ready to complete check out, click the “Place Order” button to confirm your purchase.
  10. Once the order is successfully placed, you will be given an order number. Please take note of your order number for future reference.
  11. You can view your updated order status by signing into “My Account”. Order information should be available in “My Account” within 2 hours of placing your order.


You can buy safely and securely ONLINE by just adding the clothes of your choice to the shopping cart, it also enables faster processing and delivery.

 You may add your preferred items to Cart, all items adding to chart are currently in stock. Please click Check out to proceed with your order, payment information and account details would be shown in check out page.

You can check My Account for all your account information, including Order Information, Order Processing Status, Credit Point Account Status and Redemptions.

Saving an Item for Later

Instead of placing items in your shopping cart, you can add them to "Wish List -- To Buy Later." This is like putting items on a personal shopping list that you can check every time you visit our site. You can also move items from your shopping cart to "Wish List -- To Buy Later.Simply click "Add Wish List" next to any item, whether you're browsing our site or reviewing items on the item page.



Processing your order

All of our orders are shipped door-to-door. Processing the order normally take 2-5 working day and normally shipped out  to receiving the product at your door step within 10days but does not guarantee to deliver some of the products to customers within 2-3 weeks since we work with different type of suppliers (importers) and the delivery time is subject to delivery of products from supplier to Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

We do the best we can to keep our website updated and to ship out all orders as fast as possible. You may choose to cancel orders in preorder, backorder, and warehouse status at any time. Please note that order may still ship before our service team is able to make any changes. Please follow up by email after 3 days of your order.


Preorders will be displayed as backordered status in your account until the product is received from the Suppliers (Importer). In the event the product is limited in availability, we will handle fulfillment in the order it was received. Please note, availability and shippment dates can change and products can be canceled depending on the Suppliers . We will ship or cancel your order accordingly and you will be notified through email.


Backorders consist of preorders, discontinued items, and products that are temporarily out of stock. Please be assured we are working to fulfill your order as fast as possible. Our current backorder policy is 30 days, but most orders are fulfilled or cancelled within 10 business days. Customers may also request to cancel at anytime.


Most of our orders in warehouse status are shipped within 44 hours. However, occasionally we may experience a delay in processing when we find:

a)   Shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete (customer is notified by email)

b)   Item became out of stock (will be shipped in couple of days or canceled)

c)    Duplicate orders were placed (customer is notified by email)

d)   Part of an order is out of stock (order will be adjusted and shipped)

Orders in warehouse status will remain open for fulfillment or cancelled within 15 days.
