Return, Exchange & Refund

We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. First, read through our Returns Policy, then get the ball rollin' on your online return.

**Return/Exchange Considerations

Please note that having a Returns Policy such as ours is expensive for both parties (for us - import charges, duty & taxes, shipping charges, etc. / for you - shipping and handling, lost time, etc.). The only way we can continue this policy is to keep misusing such as buying products "just to see", or to "try out" to a complete minimum. Please note: We do not have a reverse pickup facility.


You've got 3 simple options:

Option 1. Free Returns & Exchanges Policy:

We accept returns request FREE of cost only for the following reasons: 1. Wrong items 2. Defective items.

In this case, we only offer exchanges for the same item replace the returned items free of cost with the same size, color/pattern. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items free of cost in this case. Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer and it will be credited to original shipping invoice or max of Rs100/- to store credit for later use.

Option 2. Love it but need a different size?

You may request to exchange for size with same color/pattern Free of Cost but with the following conditions. The cost of returning an item is the buyer’s responsibility and we will replace with same color/pattern.

Tips: to avoid any hassle of replacing size and charges, please check the measurement carefullly before placing the order. Please refer the individual size chart on product page.

Option 3. Not completely satisfied, exchange with another item or different color, or pattern?

In the unlikely event that any item you have ordered from us doesn’t go well with you or item delivered is different from what you had expected- If you would like to exchange with any item or same item with different color or pattern, additional charges of flat Rs300/- charged per item will be deducted from your total refund to store credit. On receipt of the return product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the new item.


How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

You may return the item unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Please note: We do not cover shipping and handling costs for returns, except eligibility for free return.

Step 1: 

My Account, click on your > Order History, check right order number click > View and click > Return to product you wish to return

Or You may email to request for return at contact(at)onlyurs.com; and let us know if you'd like to return (be sure to mention your Order number in Subject Mail) and Item Code for exchange (indicate your new different size/color/pattern).

Step 2: 

Once you get the approval email. Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition and with tags attached) and the order invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (If you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Accountt, click on your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out.)

Step 3: 

Send it off. Return your package via any reliable courier of your choice. Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey at the same time please email us the tracking number and courier name to return email.

We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice which is shipped along with the products failing which return/ exchange / refund may not be possible

**Please be advised that returning defective merchandise prior approval could delay or jeopardize replacement


REFUND POLICY:

We offer full 100% refund if you’ve already PAID, excluding shipping fees.

Any refund will be process through the original payment method you made at the time placing the order. Please allow 7-10working days to credit the amount to your credit cart/bank account, as each bank's processing time varies.

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

We couldn’t fulfil your orders due to item suddenly become Out Of Stock; Stock constraints, LOST, etc, certain items are Hot Sales and very dynamic due to high demands.

*For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions Refunds can only happen via Store Credit/Gift Vouchers.


No refunds will be given in the following cases:

· In case of minor design(measurements/stitching) and colour variations(photography, lightings, displays) and there will always be some variation between products.

·  Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

·  Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

·  After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

·  Package refused by recipient.

·  Products returned in a used or damaged condition.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange, Refund or Store Credit:

• Items marked as final sale.

• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

• Returns received in damaged/worn condition.

• Returns received after 14 days of the original order receiving date.

• Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.


CANCELLATION:

While we strive to make cancellations easier for you, we regret to inform that we cannot accept cancellations of all orders.

Orders that are shipped from our warehouse or from our suppliers cannot be cancelled.

Orders placed during discount sale, clearance sale or using discount code and other promo codes will not be eligible for cancellation.

However,  for any reason order wrongly placed or you want to modify, please contact our customer service or email Contact(at)OnlyUrs.com immediately within 24hrs of placing your order. We will NOT be responsible for any orders wrongly placed by you and this will incur extra charges to customers for any exchange/returns stated as per our existing return policy.

Note: Please do not confirm orders on Cash On Delivery and Refused to accept the Shipment on Delivery will be blacklisted immediately and have no COD orders accepted in the future.
