1. What is OnlyUrs?
OnlyUrs is an online fashion retail store, mainly focus on Indian women customers who wants to take advantage of buying trendiest cloths imported from South Korea, China and Hong Kong .Purchase at indicates safe and well-managed shopping.

2. How can I become a member?
Signing up to become a OnlyUrs member is easy and free. First, click "Login!"
When you reach the "Create an Account" page, create an account by entering your name, email address, and a password of your choice. Choose which newsletters you wish to receive, then click the "Submit" button. The process is is simple and takes less than a minute.
3. How do I place an order?
The process is quick and easy!
a) Sign in to use the Shopping Cart;
b) Add your selected items to the Shopping Bag. Please make sure the quantity of each item is correct. If you change the quantity of any items, please remember to click the “Update” button and allow the page to refresh;
c) When you're ready to check out, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button;
d) Sign in to your account if you have not done so;
e) Enter your shipping address and remember to fill in all required fields that are marked with a “*”;
f)  Enter your payment information;
g) Review your order to make sure the information is correct. Click the “edit” button where appropriate to edit your order;
h) When you're ready to complete check out, click the “Place Order” button to confirm your purchase.
i) Once the order is successfully placed, you will be given an order number. Please take note of your order number for future reference.
j) You can view your updated order status by signing into “My Account”. Order information should be available in “My Account” within 2 hours of placing your order.
4. Can I order by phone?
We process all our orders from, our ONLINE order channel. If you would like to talk to us by phone, please call us on +91 9971054477 from IST time 11:00 am ~ 6:00 pm(Mon to Fri). It is more efficient to EMAIL your inquiry to us, our Sales Executive will follow up as soon as possible.
5. Do you have any retail outlets?
We do not have a retail store nor do we plan to set up any soon in the future.
6. How can I pay using credit card or what forms of payment do you accept?
Yes, you can make through Credit, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro, Net Banking and Cash Card payment. Cash on delivery (COD) services-(Extra charge of Rs150/- for per COD shipment irrespective of the number of item you ordered; if you live in India for your convenient to pay upon receive of the item. We may also offer the option to pay by direct deposit to specified bank accounts of Onlyurs. If either of these options is available, a description will be included in “Assistance-Payment”.
7. How can I change my order?
If you have already submitted the order you can send an email to or use our contact form to change it, our service stuff will change it for you
8. What are OnlyUrs order processing procedures?
- Step (1): Orders received.
- Step (2): Product arrangement - 2-3 working days needed for quality check and packaging. This applies for most products –
- Step (3): Shipment sent out via our partner courier services.
- Step (4): Tracking number displayed on order details of your order history in "Account Management" (usually the third day).
- Step (5): Refund the balance to your account A: you cancel the order B: out of stock items balance (usually the fourth day)
9. Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
Yes, you can check out with multiple shipping addresses per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please add the shipping addresses to your Account.
10. How long to receive my goods?
All orders are shipped door-to-door. Product will be delivering to you in 10-25days upto 3weeks since we work with different type of suppliers (importers) and the delivery time is subject to delivery of products from supplier to us. Assigned courier services will deliver usually within 3days after you receive your tracking number. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship outside India; If you are interested on our product, please mail contact us, we will arrange an alternate option for you.
12. How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping across India for items orders above Rs 1000/-, depending on the items/mode of delivery, we also offer free shipping for orders below Rs 1000/- as well. Any additional charges will be automatically calculated when you check out. For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to few places. For more, please see (Delivery)
13. How about if there is out stock items?
These items are not available temporarily. Usually we will restock those items within based on customer request if we can get the items again from our suppliers. Please leave comments on product reviews if you want a particular product, enable in every product page. We have Preorder and backorder facility as well. For more (Shopping)
14. Can you check the stock availability for me before I pay?
Most of the styles in our site are available when we upload it. However, the stock information is changeable and unstable anytime. At the moment, our sale representative gives you availability quote that number might change immediately as well. Overall we will try our best to show accurate the stock information on site catalog. If in case there are some styles out of stock, then we'll take about 3-4 weeks to get it from the import suppliers. Though, we will refund the balance. (you need to check the order details the 4th day if after the order payment).
15. How often do you add new styles to your product line?
Our goal is to bring all the latest fashions and trends to our customers. We will have NEW products almost every day for new style. We aim to improve this rate as much as possible to serve you better. So, please sign up for our newsletter as we will notify you immediately if there is any new products updated.
16. How is the quality of your products?
Our product quality is good relative to our price. 90% of our products are same as photos, provided by our suppliers.
17. Can I modify my order's quantity or other criteria? How?
Before payment, you are free to modify your shopping cart as we have provided all facility for doing that. After payment, but before processing, it is still allowable but you need to contact our sale representatives in time. However, as order was already processed and sent, we cannot modify due to the complexity of our accounting system and supplier arrangement.
18. What if the products are defective - Can I return for refund?
We accept returns for exchange or refund request for the following reasons: 1. Shipping errors 2. Damaged goods. We have a well-established compensation system for unmendable defective /missing /wrong items; full detail can be found in our Returns Policy All excess payment/ excess shipping fee/ price difference would be credited to your member account for later use.
19. Are Gift Vouchers available at the stores?
Yes, we do offer gift certificates for online redemption. Gift Certificates that can be used for online shopping in the near future.
20. What does "free" size mean?
"Free" size means fit for standard body to wear. You will notice most of the items on OnlyUrs are free size (Small-Medium International Standard size). In general, it fits for bust 32-34(82cm-87cm).
